How to register
- Send us an email with your contact info and date of surgery.
- A phone consultation will be made first to collect basic information, dates of service, type of procedure, brief medical history, and preferred package.
- Based on any customizations an invoice will be created and emailed to you.
- Upon accepting the invoice, a non-refundable deposit must be made to reserve your dates and to proceed with registration. Deposits start at $150 up to 25% of total invoice. Your determined deposit amount will be included on your personalized invoice as well as when full payment is due.
- Once deposit has been made, a in-person consultation will be scheduled to meet the client, determine approval of recovery space, and to review/sign service agreement.
- Any questions the client has will be answered. Our goal is to leave the client feeling safe and confident having seen and meet the person that will be caring for them after surgery.
- Now you are all set! Let your loved ones know that you will be in good hands.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if your surgery is re-scheduled for any reason, you will be able to use the deposit toward another date. If your surgery was canceled and you have already paid for services in full, a refund will be granted to you minus the deposit amount stated on your personalized invoice.
